| 内容記述 | 本稿では、組織における創造性向上のプロセスに寄与できる人材の学習行動のひとつとして、職場外学習に着目した。職場外学習は、個人が職場外の自由な場、自由な時間のなかで自主的に取り組む活動で、幅広い「学び」を意味するものとする。ビジネスパーソンが日常の職務経験を十分に活かし、創造性をはじめとする能力を伸ばすことに、職場外学習が影響する可能性について考察した。 | |||||||||||
