In this paper, therefore, sexual harassment is reexamined from interpersonal, intercultural, and organizational perspectives with focusing on reporting behavior which is a key element to solve this complicated problem. By doing so, we can grasp the actual situation and take effective countermeasures. Much literature on sexual harassment is reviewed and a model to predict reporting behavior is discussed.
