Although it has been highlighted for the past years, it is becoming more complicated than ever, because of the ambiguity of its definition, the increase in the number of women working in organizations, and ethnic diversity in the workplaces. In this paper, therefore, sexual harassment is reexamined from interpersonal, intercultural, and organizational perspectives with focusing on reporting behavior which is a key element to solve this complicated problem. By doing so, we can grasp the actual situation and take effective countermeasures. Much literature on sexual harassment is reviewed and a model to predict reporting behavior is discussed.
