| 内容記述 | 日本における音楽療法の研究はこの20年程の間に急速に進み、またその効果も実証されて来ている。音楽療法とは「心身の健康の維持、回復、増進などといった治療目的を遂行するために音楽をもちいることをいう。」(全米音楽療法協会における定義)[引用1]というものであるが、その内容は実に広範囲にわたるものである。対象者が、精神的治療を必要としているのか身体的治療を必要としているのか、あるいは双方を必要としているのか。またどのような治療をどの程度必要としているのか。その判断のためには音楽が持つ諸要素の把握のほかに、医学、生理学、生物学、心理学など、多岐にわたる知識が要求される。また、音楽を用いる方法として、音楽を聴く(受動態)方法と音楽を表現する(能動態)方法とに大別され、それぞれの方法もまた様々に細分化される。本研究では、音楽大学で2年に亘りそれぞれ2週間の音楽体験実習を行ったあるADHD児に対してピアノ指導を行った本研究者の報告に基づき、演奏療法の可能性を探ってみる。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The research of musicotherapy in Japan have marked a rapid advance in these last 20 years and the effect has already proven. The content is wide-ranging though musicotherapy is "Music is said the use to accomplish the treatment purpose like the maintenance of mind and body's health, the recovery, and the improvement, etc." (definition of The National Association for Music Therapy). For the subject is mental treatment needed or is body treatment needed or are both treatments needed? Moreover, what kind of treatment is needed and to what extent is the treatment needed? In addition to the grasp of various elements of music, every branch of knowledge such as medicine, physiology, biology, and psychology is demanded for the judgment. Moreover, musicotherapy is divided roughly into two: the method of expressing music (active) and the method of listening to music (passive), and each method is subdivided variously. This paper searches for the possibility of the performance musicotherapy based on the report of this researcher who gave the piano lessons to a certain ADHD child who did the music experience practice of two weeks respectively for two years at the music university. | |||||||||||
