| 内容記述 | 現代の人口減少に伴う音楽業界全体の市場縮小により、音楽教室を衰退させない工夫をすべく、総務省の社会生活基本調査結果を分析、その上、独自のアンケートを実施し、現状認識に努めた。そして、ドイツでの音楽教育者免許を例に挙げ、 理想の音楽教育者とはどうあるべきなのか、また、 現在の日本社会が、 音楽教師や音楽教室に何を求めているかを具体的に検証した。そのうえで、著しく変化する今日の社会情勢の中で、音楽業界の活性化を果たすには、今後どのようにすべきかについて、 音楽教室運営の視点から考察を試みた。 | |||||||||||
