It is necessary for nurses whose work is biased to promote the division of work as much as possible. Except for the work that only nurses can do, care workers and welfare workers have acquired medical knowledge, and their roles (care workers are life support, welfare workers are coordinating within the team, and family support) are regarded as normal work.
