On one hand,during terminal care at home, as the medical conditions of the care receiver may change suddenly, the medical professions cannot collect enough his/her medical information To support the judgment of the medical professions, the care managers are highly expected to play an important role of transmitting medical information of the receiver to the professions. For this purpose, the medical manager should learn medical viewpoints. In other words, the aim of learning medical viewpoints by the care manager is to deliver not medical requests but precise medical conditions of the receiver to the medical staff.\nThe result of comparison between care-careered care managers and nurse-careered care managers shows that care-careered care managers insist their career of care as they can deliver the QoL of the receiver and avoid the demerits of impinging expertise of medical professions due to insufficient medical knowledge.
