 note = {論文, Article, グリーフ・ケアは日本でも関心が高い。音楽療法におけるグリーフ・ケアは、理論的に欧米から影響をうけ日本の臨床上のニーズに合わせて発展してきている。アメリカの音楽療法のグリーフ・ケアに関する文献で、Journal of Music Therapy に最初に発表されたのは1977 年のGilbert による論文である。この論文は、その後のアメリカの音楽療法の臨床・教育に影響を及ぼしたと考えられる。ここでは、1977 年以前のアメリカの音楽療法（または、医療などでの音楽の導入）におけるグリーフ・ケアについての文献を文献データベースで抽出し、論文の本文中に、死別喪失体験のグリーフ、あるいは、グリーフ・ケアに対する音楽の導入や効果に関する記述のあるものを選別した。結果は5 報あった。各論文の内容を検証すると、グリーフケアの概念、導入方法、理論的志向に違いがあり、また時代の変化とともに考え方や導入手法に変容がみられた。最後に、グリーフ・ケアの概念の変化や音楽の手法について考察した。, The methods of grief care in music therapy in our country are appeared to be theoretically influenced by that of music therapy in the United States and other western countries.Then it has been developing to meet our needs on the clinical basis. In the Journal of Music Therapy, the first article related to grief-care was published in 1977: “Music Therapy on Death and Dying”by Gilbert. The purpose of this study is to find out 　 the concepts of grief-care in music therapy and the clinical methods of music therapy for grief-care before 1977.Only 5 articles obtained and there were some differences but progressive changes are observed. In discussion, the historical background,the concepts of grief in music therapy, and music therapy methods for grief care are mentioned for further study.},
