 note = {スウェーデンのテキスタイルおよび切り絵作家アグネータ・フロックと筆者がかって行った芸術的コラボレーション、 すなわち、 一方は川越と日本文化に関わる言語芸術を視覚芸術化する営為であり、一方は音楽化する営為であったのだが、こうしたコラボレーションは川越の地域文化資源に新たな意義を与えるものであり、 また、 川越の観光という面においても新たな魅力を生み出す試みであった。 アグネータ・フロックは、川越の歴史的景観を舞台に創造的想像力を駆使し、川越の歴史や民話に基づいた37の切り絵作品を作ったわけだが、筆者は、 彼女の作品をアニメーション化するとともに、和歌をめぐる音楽作品を作り出した。 彼女の切り絵個展は川越の伝統ある大蔵で開催され、それが川越に新しい視点をもたらした。 本稿のねらいは、神話や民話、和歌などを地域文化資源として最大限に生かし、観光資産価値とするべく、この芸術的コラボレーションの意義を考察することにある。, The artistic collaboration of the author and Agneta Flock of Sweden, a textile, paper-cutting artist, was a trial that might have given a deeper significance to the cultural resources of Kawagoe and provided a new sightseeing attractiveness to Kawagoe, by incorporating language materials into visual arts and tempo-based arts. Agneta Flock, making full use of imagination on the stage of the historic cityscape of Kawagoe, produced 37 paper-cut works about the history and folktales of Kawagoe and the author did the animation of her paper-cut works and offered musical works composed on 31-syllable Japanese poems. Her one-person exhibition with a concert was held in a big historic storehouse of Kawagoe and gave a fresh viewpoint.
