 note = {道徳の教科化に至る背景には、道徳教育の形骸化、心情一辺倒の道徳授業、指導者による道徳授業の軽視等があげられているが、その中でも特に問題として指摘されるのが、現在の道徳教育が現実の生活問題の解決に結びつかないという実効性のなさである。改善の方策として、いじめ問題等に対応するために道徳教育の充実を図るとともに、道徳の特性を踏まえた新たな枠組みにより教科化し、効果的な指導方法を明確化するように求めている。本稿では、小学校高学年から中学校にかけて多く始まってくるいじめ問題等の対人関係に関わる生活問題の解決に向け、学校での日常生活場面に具体的に生かしていくことができる道徳教育と学級活動との連携を密にした教育課程を編成し、道徳性と社会性のつながりを生かした新たな枠組みでの道徳教育を構想していく。さらには、その構想に基づき学級集団の質的発達を目指した学級づくりの実践を紹介していく。, It is lack of the actual effect that present moral education isn't connected with the solution of the actual life problem that it is specially pointed out as a problem even of that though the background which reaches the subject of the morality is given the formalizationof the moral education, the negligence of the moral class of the feeling principle andthe moral class by the leader, and so on.
