Thisreport describes basic research clarifying the influence of school education changes onlifelong learning support networks. A set of questionnaires was prepared and administeredto 32 public elementary school teachers in Saitama.Questionnaire results revealed that social education facilities were used most forschool events in cooperation with elementary schools during the first year of the newcourse of study. The author investigated whether consciousness of cooperation amongschool, home, and community and each educational function differs or not when usingand cooperating with social education facilities at school events.
