 note = {本論文の目的は、学校教育の変化が生涯学習支援ネットワークに及ぼす影響を明らかにするための基礎研究として、小学校の特別活動における社会教育施設の活用や連携の現状の一端を把握することである。埼玉県内の32 名の小学校教員を対象とした質問紙調査の結果、新学習指導要領が実施された初年度の特別活動において、活用や連携が最も行われていたのは学校行事であった。次に、学校行事における活用や連携の有無別に学校・家庭・地域の連携及び教育力に関する意識をみたところ、活用や連携を行っている教員は行っていない教員に比べて、学校・家庭・地域の連携を難しいと考えていないことが明らかとなった。, This study was undertaken to ascertain current conditions of utilization and cooperationwith social education facilities in elementary school extracurricular activities. Thisreport describes basic research clarifying the influence of school education changes onlifelong learning support networks. A set of questionnaires was prepared and administeredto 32 public elementary school teachers in Saitama.Questionnaire results revealed that social education facilities were used most forschool events in cooperation with elementary schools during the first year of the newcourse of study. The author investigated whether consciousness of cooperation amongschool, home, and community and each educational function differs or not when usingand cooperating with social education facilities at school events.
