 note = {本論文の目的は、生涯学習社会の学校運営に対する示唆を得るために、学校・家庭・地域の連携に関する小中学校教員の意識を比較して、その差を明らかにすることである。研究方法は、埼玉県内の公立小学校教員32 名、公立中学校教員22 名を対象とした質問紙調査である。11 項目を設定して、回答者、または、回答者が中心となって計画を実行することについて、どのように思うかをたずねた。その結果、4 項目について、小学校教員は中学校教員に比べて肯定的であることが明らかとなった。, This study was conducted to clarify differences between elementary and junior highschool teachers' consciousness related to school, home, and community cooperation.Based on that knowledge, we can suggest school management objectives for a lifelonglearning society.
