It develops a framework of research, theory and arguments that deepen the under -standing of a life skills approach.2. Life skills fall into three categories, which complement and reinforce each other, that is, life abilitiesoneself(selfesteem,understanding of emotion, gaol-setting etc.), life-abilitiesalong with others (empathy, communication skills, human relationship skills andlife-abilies along with environment (decision making, critical thinking, stress coping).3. The lessons of life skills education were implemented for university students bymeans of participatory lesson and the result was showed, that is, the lessons mottoeswere \"understand\", \"be proficient\", \"be interesting\" and the response of students substantially showed favoriable review.4. The benefits of health, education, society, economy and culture from life skills educationwere discussed , that is, it is most likely to contribute to prevention of social andhealth problems.5.
