 note = {論文, Articles, 小学生の子どもたちが所属するスポーツチーム（クラブ）において、野球が盛んな日本では、昔から少年野球チームが全国各地で活動を続けてきた。しかし、小学生から高校年代までの競技者人口は近年、減少傾向にある。背景には、日本国内の少子化だけでなく、競技の多様化などの要因も指摘され、特に少年野球では、「保護者の労力負担」「金銭的事情」「怒号などが伴う旧態依然とした指導スタイル」が敬遠される3大要素に挙げられる。
こうした事情があるにもかかわらず、子どもが少年野球チームで活動することをサポートする保護者は一定数いる。一方で、子どもをサポートする保護者の中には、ソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービス（SNS）で少年野球の活動に関して問題点や改善点を指摘する投稿を行う人たちもいる。
子どもが少年野球をすることをサポートする保護者にとって、少年野球チームの活動において、どのような点がSNS投稿の引き金となっているのか。本研究は、子どもが少年野球チームで活動し、自身はSNSで野球に関する投稿をしている保護者に対し、オンラインを用いたインタビューによるデータ分析を通し、「子どもの野球活動のサポートに積極的に関与する、熱心な保護者」が抱く入会時の期待を阻害し、モチベーションを低下させるメカニズムを明らかにすることを目的としている。
保護者は、子どもの少年野球における活動において、練習時の見守りや指導者のサポート、練習場所への送迎、チーム運営の一翼を担うなど、様々な「周辺的」および「直接的」な役割に対して、労力や金銭的な負担を提供している。しかし、こうした負担に対する不満は、少年野球を敬遠する保護者とは違って多くはない。むしろ、子どもが野球に熱中できる環境の対価として当然のように受け止めている。
一方、技術指導が未熟だと感じたり、威圧的な態度を取ったりする指導者や、同じ熱意や目的で活動をしない保護者に対する不満が、やる気を阻害させたり、モチベーションが低下したりする要因となっている。つまり、「子どもの野球活動のサポートに積極的に関与する、熱心な保護者」には、少年野球の活動を通じた子どもたちの成長に対する期待があり、そのための負担は惜しまないものの、指導者や周囲の保護者との間に生じる軋轢などの「人間関係」が、入会時に抱いた期待の阻害や、活動そのものへのモチベーション低下の要因となっている。
課題の解決には、チーム内での話し合いや、移籍によって環境を変化させるなどの手段が取られている実態が明らかとなったが、特に移籍には制約などもあって簡単ではない。
このため、少年野球チームでは、様々な目的意識を持つ保護者が混在する一方、居住区域から遠く離れたチームへの移籍にはハードルが高いことを背景に、「人間関係の悩み」を解消する手段が限られることが課題となっている。, In Japan, where baseball is popular among sports teams（ clubs） that elementary school children belong to, youth baseball teams have been active all over the country for a long time. However, the number of competitors from elementary school to high school age has been on the decline in recent years. In addition to Japan's declining birthrate, factors such as the diversification of sports have also been pointed out as factors behind this, and in youth baseball in particular,“ parental burden”,“ Financial circumstances”, and“ a coaching style such as yelling” are  avoided. It is pointed out that there are three major elements. 
Despite these circumstances, there are a certain number of parents who support their children's participation in youth baseball teams. On the other hand, some parents who support their children are posting on social media pointing out problems and areas for improvement regarding youth baseball activities.
For parents who have accepted their children to play youth baseball, what aspects of the youth baseball team's activities trigger them to post on social networking services（ SNS）? This study conducted data analysis through online interviews with parents whose children are active on youth baseball teams and who themselves post about baseball on SNS. The purpose of this study is to clarify the mechanisms that inhibit the expectations and reduce motivation of "enthusiastic parents who are actively involved in supporting baseball activities."
Parents play a variety of“ peripheral” and“ direct” roles in their children's youth baseball activities, such as watching over practices, supporting coaches, transporting students to and from practice locations, and playing a role in team management. In response, they provide labor and financial burden. However, unlike parents who shy away from youth baseball, there are not many complaints about this burden. Rather, they take it as a matter of course as compensation for providing an  environment where children can become passionate about baseball.
On the other hand, dissatisfaction with instructors who feel that their technical guidance is inexperienced or who act in an intimidating manner, or with parents who do not share their enthusiasm or purpose in their activities, can hinder their motivation or cause them to lose motivation. This is a major factor in the decline. In other words, parents who are passionate about supporting their children's activities have expectations for their children's growth through youth activities, and although they are willing to put in the effort to do so, they often experience conflicts that arise between them and the instructors and other parents. These ``human relationships'' are a factor in hindering the expectations they had when joining, and in decreasing their motivation for the activities themselves.
It has become clear that measures such as discussions within the team and changing the environment through transfers are being taken to resolve the issue, but this is not an easy task, especially as there are restrictions on transfers.
For this reason, in youth baseball teams, unlike high school baseball, where there is a clear division into strong middle school clubs and strong schools with a strong desire to play, there is a mix of parents with a variety of goals, and there are teams far away from the residential area.
