{"created":"2023-05-15T08:20:15.327140+00:00","id":177,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"dc7c7807-ba1f-47fe-9178-0ecd643b18cf"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"177","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"177"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:shobi-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000177","sets":["10:2:34"]},"author_link":["297"],"control_number":"177","item_3_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2016-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"122","bibliographicPageStart":"107","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"27","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"尚美学園大学総合政策研究紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of policy and management, Shobi University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"第二言語習得における英語多読の効果については広く認識が進んできている。本研究では、英語を専攻としない日本人大学生のクラスで、前後期24回(実質約10ヶ月間)に渡り、週に1度、各自の好みによる選書で、毎回30分ずつの授業内英語多読を実施した。英語多読を進めるにあたっては、知らない単語があっても読みの流れを止めず、辞書を引かずに文脈から意味を推測して読むことが推奨された。事前テスト・事後テストの両方を受験し、最後に読書記録を提出した22名のデータを分析した結果、もともとの英語力が高い人の方が低い人よりも、期間中により多くの語数を読んだ傾向があるが、単純に多くの語数を読めば英語力が高まる、とは言えなかった。更に、短い本を多く読んだ参加者の方が長い本を選択する傾向の参加者よりも英語得点が上がった、という結果が得られた。英語力の伸びた参加者は平易なレベルの本をじっくりと数多く読み進めていった傾向が見られ、読む本の難易度のアップダウンが激しい読み方をした参加者は英語得点が伸びない傾向が見られた。英語多読を実践するにおいて、少なくとも本研究の参加者の英語レベルの人については、易しい本をたくさん読み続け、読む本の難易度を急激に上げていかない方が効果的である可能性が有る。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of extensive reading (ER) in EFLclasses for Japanese university freshmen and to find what the tendency of the participantswas likely to make ER activities more effective. An ER program was conducted for twosemesters. None of the participants were English majors. In every lesson, the first 30minutes of the class were allocated for ER activities. The books they read were of theirown choice. The participants were strongly advised not to use dictionaries but to use inferences when they encountered unknown vocabulary during their reading. When the results of pre- and post-tests and the participants' reading records were analyzed, it was found that their scores in the vocabulary/grammar section improved significantly. Also it was found that the participants who have a higher English level tended to read larger amount of words, and that successful readers had a tendency to read easier and shorter books consistently in larger amounts.
